Manoj Kumar Sharma has a strong and extensive background in Human Resources, with experience in various leadership roles in notable companies. Manoj Kumar has held positions such as President & CHRO at Aarti Industries Ltd., Chief Human Resources Officer at Chemaf S.P.R.L, Senior Vice President Human Resources at Vedanta Resources Plc, and Joint President - Corporate Human Resources at Hindalco Industries Limited, among others. Throughout their career, Manoj has been involved in a wide range of HR functions, including rewards & benefits, performance management, job evaluation, change management, succession planning, and workforce analytics.

Manoj Kumar Sharma completed their Intermediate education at BHE Vikram Higher Secondary School in 1988. Manoj Kumar then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History, Psychology, and English Literature from Barkatullah University, Govt. Hamidia College, graduating in 1991. Subsequently, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Psychology from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal in 1993 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the same university in 1995. In 2017, they received a Certificate of Business Excellence in Executive Education from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Manoj Kumar also obtained additional certification in Leading Innovative Change from UC Berkeley Executive Education through Executive Online.
