Katie Engleman

Katie Engleman is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in managing HR operations across multiple industries. At Mohawk Industries, Katie served as Vice President of FNA Human Resources, overseeing a $4 billion sales segment with 14,000 employees, and as Vice President of Human Resources for the residential segment, valued at approximately $2.7 billion. Prior to Mohawk, Katie held various HR leadership roles at Oshkosh Corporation from March 2010 to July 2018, including Vice President, Senior Director, and Director of Human Resources. Earlier career experience includes roles at Nuclear Management Company from May 2000 to January 2007. Katie holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
