Kelli Sellers has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at RCB Bank since June 2009, after progressing through roles such as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to RCB Bank, Kelli worked at Baker Hughes from May 2005 to June 2009, where roles included Human Resources Manager and Production Manager in the Stator Assembly Department. Kelli's career began at Great Plains Coca-Cola as an HR Representative from April 2003 to April 2005 and included earlier positions at RCB Bank starting in June 1997 as a Human Resources Clerk. Kelli Sellers holds a Master's Degree in Human Relations and Organizational Change and Development from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Northeastern State University.
