Sudipto Paul

Sudipto Paul is the President at Aarti Steels Ltd., responsible for the smooth running of the plant, future growth strategies, managing operations, profit and loss, industrial relations, H/R reorganization, and managing raw materials and corporate affairs. Prior to this role, Sudipto was the Chief Operating Officer at Arora Iron and Steel and held technical responsibilities as CTO at Adhunik. Sudipto also served as EVP SMS 1 & 2 and Rolling Mill 1 & 2 at Adhunik Metaliks Ltd. with a significant contribution to the company's projects and technology finalization. Sudipto holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
