David Monteiro de Andrade

David Monteiro de Andrade has extensive experience in both governmental and legal sectors. Currently serving as a technical consultant at the MINISTÉRIO DAS RELAÇÕES EXTERIORES (PALACIO ITAMARATY), David has been an attorney at AASP since January 2004 and has held the position of government manager at the Ministério do Planejamento since February 1990. With a strategic role linked to the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, David has worked as an executive in the Ministry of Health in São Paulo since 2004, accumulating 20 years of experience in this area. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Law with a focus on Public International Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, along with studies in Hebrew Language and Jewish Law at Machon Meir and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
