Nisa Rajput, MBA has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 when they were a Clerk and Event and Marketing Assistant/ Intern at Mayville State University. In 2015, they became a Technical Recruiting Manager and Technical Recruiter IT and Engineering at infoNERO, and an Account Representative at Spectrum Aeromed. In 2017, they were a Talent Specialist/ Technical Recruiter at ProSource LLC. In 2018, they were Director Of Strategic Partnerships at Aatrix Software. In 2020, they became Boss Lady at The Prairie Hustle. During this time, they have also held various leadership positions such as Student Alumni Ambassador PR/ Vice President/ President, Student Senate Secretary, Resident Assistant, and DECA Vice President.

Nisa Rajput holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Project Management from the University of Mary (2016-2018). Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration, Marketing and Psychology from Mayville State University (2012-2014). Nisa also holds an International Baccalaureate Diploma from St John's College, Harare, Zimbabwe (2008-2010).
