Vijay Sethi

Vijay Sethi serves as the Head of HR at L&T Finance, leading a team of over 100 HR professionals across India and driving the transformation of strategic HR functions. With significant experience in HR leadership, Vijay currently oversees the HR operations for the Rural Business Finance sector, which manages an asset under management of more than 23,000 Crores and employs over 20,000 individuals. Previously, Vijay held the HR Head position at Aavas Financiers Ltd. and served as the Regional HR Head for Tata Group companies, including Tata Housing Development and Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery. Additional roles include heading HR for Landmark Group's operations in the UAE and gaining foundational HR experience at various organizations such as Algurg, Larsen & Toubro Limited, ICICI Bank, and Ruchi Group. Educational qualifications include a PGDBA in Human Resource Management from ITM Business School and a B.Sc. (Hons) from MS University of Baroda.
