Jeff Horsley

Jeff Horsley currently serves as the Administrative Coordinator for Career Development and Community Services at Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation, where responsibilities include grant management and budget analysis, as well as coordinating a newly developed stipend program. Prior experience includes caring for three family members with critical health issues, serving as a Research Program Coordinator at the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration to enhance driver safety education, and holding roles in state government appointments under Governor Hogan’s administration. Jeff Horsley holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from George Mason University.
