Kausarat Yekini

Kausarat Yekini has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Kausarat currently works as a Financial Budget Analyst at Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corp. starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Washington Gas from 2022 to 2023. Kausarat also has experience as an Accounting Analyst at Constellation Energy Partners LLC from 2020 to 2021. In addition, Kausarat has worked as a Finance Analyst Intern at the District of Columbia Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking from 2016 to 2018, where they facilitated money management workshops and managed financial accounts. Kausarat is also a member of College Bound, Inc. and the National Association of Black Accountants Inc. starting in 2010 and 2018 respectively.

Kausarat Yekini completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, where they studied from 2015 to 2020. Before that, they attended McKinley Technology High School from 2011 to 2015, focusing on Mass Communication/Media Studies. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in various finance-related subjects. In March 2021, they achieved the CFA Level: Quantitative Methods certification from Udemy. In November 2020, they obtained the CFA Level: Financial Reporting Analysis certification, also from Udemy. Before that, in October 2020, they completed the Advanced Stock Trading Course + Strategies from Udemy as well.
