Melissa Vaz

Melissa Vaz is a seasoned professional in talent development and inclusion, currently serving as the Talent Development Manager for Mindray Europe since May 2023, where responsibilities include designing and implementing talent development strategies across the region. Prior experience at AB Agri from December 2011 includes roles as Global Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager, Inclusion, Belonging and Development Manager, Head of Leadership Development, and Learning Consultant, all focused on fostering inclusive cultures and effective learning solutions. Previous positions at Williams Lea and T Mobile UK Retail involved various learning consultancy roles. Melissa Vaz earned a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Hertfordshire in 2004.
