Shirley Li

Shirley Li is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent development. Currently serving as the HR Director at AB Agri since November 2012, Shirley Li oversees initiatives related to restructuring, integration, and the total rewards system. Previously, from April 2008 to November 2012, Shirley Li held the position of HR Director at EnPro Industries Inc., where responsibilities included building the China HR team and implementing HR development systems. Earlier experience includes serving as Learning & Development Manager at Hilti from February 1997 to April 2008, focusing on training strategy and effectiveness.
