Clement Hirwanayo

Clement HIRWANAYO is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CALL POINT COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED, a position held since January 2021. In addition, Clement serves as a Manager at CHANCEN International and has been the SME Group Leader at AB Bank Rwanda Ltd since November 2013. Responsibilities at AB Bank include the selection, training, and supervision of SME Loan Officers, overseeing loan processes, ensuring quality standards in lending, and maintaining strong interdepartmental relations. Clement holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Technology from Amity University Delhi (2009-2013) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with Chemistry from the University of Rwanda (formerly Kigali Institute of Education, 2007-2011).
