Elise Puma

Elise Puma is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Global Director of Litigation & Regulation at AB InBev since November 2021, where Elise leads a team focused on litigation, regulatory advisory, and risk mitigation, while also preparing the company for ESG reporting and advising executives on global sanctions. Prior to this role, Elise held the position of Global Manager of Litigation at AB InBev, managing significant global litigation and collaborating with various teams to minimize risks. Elise gained valuable experience as an Associate Attorney at Thompson Coburn LLP, where first and second chair trial experience was obtained, along with expertise in litigation management, government subpoenas, and transactional matters. Elise holds a J.D. with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and advanced degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Florida International University and the University of Oklahoma, respectively.
