Felipe Baruque

Felipe Baruque is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement, sustainability, and packaging within the beverage industry. Currently serving as Vice President Procurement & Sustainability for AB InBev's South America Zone and Chief Procurement Officer for Ambev, Felipe has overseen significant global procurement strategies involving a $12 billion annual spend and a vast network of over 1,200 suppliers across more than 60 countries. Previous roles demonstrate a strong background in managing packaging vertical operations, research and development, and quality assurance from both AB InBev and Unilever. Felipe holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Food Science from USP and MBA qualifications from Insper and FGV, complemented by specialized education in Packaging Engineering and Brewmaster training.
