Jennifer Marics

Jennifer Marics is an experienced professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Global People Lead for Supply Chain and Procurement and Sustainability at Anheuser-Busch InBev since January 2009. Jennifer focuses on prioritizing the personnel within Procurement and Sustainability while collaborating with business leaders to drive results. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at Anheuser-Busch, including Global Director of Learning and Development, Senior Brewmaster, Operations Manager, and Brewmaster from 2006 to 2008. Jennifer began the career in brewing as a Senior Assistant Brewmaster. Jennifer holds an MBA from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
