Thais Perico

Thais Perico is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, business development, and investment management. Currently serving as an M&A Manager at Ambev since November 2020, Thais has also held significant roles including Investment Principal and Investment Associate at the ZX Beverage Fund. Previously, Thais was an Investment Manager at BASF, where a notable achievement included winning the 2019 BASF Awards for a project that enhanced cost-controlling processes. Thais’ career includes positions at Codere, Votorantim Energia, and Patria Investimentos, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and project management. Thais holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and a Master’s degree in Controlling and Finance from FIA.
