Lucky Benjamin, ACIB, has over a decade of experience in the finance and banking sector, currently serving as the Marketing and Public Relations Officer at AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria Limited since June 2012. In this role, Lucky has developed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies while ensuring high standards in communication materials to uphold the bank's corporate image. Previous positions include Banking Services Officer at AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria, where Lucky contributed to the implementation of the cashless policy and the launch of e-banking solutions. As a Regional Trainer/Advisor at AB Bank Zambia, responsibilities encompassed retail procedure development and staff training. Lucky's career began at AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria, progressing from Client Advisor to Supervisor, providing training and support to front office staff. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Swansea University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Lagos.
