Connie Hartnell

Connie Hartnell is an experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain management and purchasing. Currently serving as the Materials & Supply Chain Manager at AB Specialty Silicones since December 2016, Connie previously held the position of Supply Chain Supervisor. Prior roles include Demand Planning Manager at Vantage Specialty Chemicals, where Connie developed and managed global forecasting models, and Purchasing Manager at Petroferm, handling over $35 million in chemical raw material purchases. Additional experience includes similar purchasing roles at BASF and PPG Industries, as well as foundational educational credentials with an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BA in Business & Marketing from Carthage College.
