Elina Zerpe has extensive experience in customer responsibility and process management, currently serving as Kundansvarig/Processledare at AB Stångåstaden since January 2015. In this role, Elina handles rental processes, including second-hand cases, direct exchanges, contract signings, and the development of digitalization within the rental process. Prior to this, Elina worked at Netto Sverige from April 2006 to December 2014, initially as a Butiksmedarbetare during high school, later progressing to Ledare/1:e assistent with responsibilities in management, inventory, and store setup. Additional experience includes a role as a Telefonförsäljare at Energibolget in 2010. Elina's education includes studies at Mönsterås gymnasiet and Mäklarsamfundet.
