Yana Bondareva

Yana Bondareva is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Marketing and Public Relations Department at Ukrgasbank since March 2023, Yana previously held the position of Director of Brand and Marketing Communications at NOVUS. Prior experience includes the role of Chief Marketing Officer at DCH Investment Group and Bank Credit Dnepr, where responsibilities involved developing marketing strategies and customer segmentation. Notable past positions also include Head of Marketing and Communication Department at Alfa-Bank Ukraine and Lead Marketing Manager for SME / VIP / Affluent segments at ПУМБ. Yana began a career in marketing at Bates Ukraine and other advertising agencies, having earned a degree in finance from Европейский Университет Финансов Информационных технологий, Менеджмента и Бизнеса.
