Ricardas Golubevas

Ricardas Golubevas, PhD, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ricardas currently holds the position of Head of Department, R&D at Utenos Trikotažas since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an R&D/technologist at the same company from September 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Utenos Trikotažas, Ricardas pursued a PhD at Vilniaus Universitetas from October 2015 to November 2021. Ricardas gained expertise in their field during this time.

Ricardas also worked at VEIKA, where they were involved in research and development activities related to pigments, dyes, and inkjet ink formulation and production. Ricardas started at VEIKA in November 2012 and stayed there until August 2021.

Earlier in their career, Ricardas worked at the National Food and Veterinary Risk Assessment Institute as a Chemist in the pesticide residue department. Ricardas conducted chemical analyses of various substances such as food, feeding stuff, water, alcohols, fats, and oils. Ricardas worked at the Institute from July 2005 to November 2012.

Additionally, Ricardas has worked as a Short Term Expert for the EU Twinning Project in July 2012.
