Ayoung Jo has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at AB180 and Airbridge in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Staff at cafe24 from July 2019 to October 2020, where they handled various marketing tasks including product planning, market research, and web UI/UX design. Ayoung also has experience as a Marketing Intern at iOmniscient in October to December 2017, an Intern at CovaU Energy from July to September 2017, and an Intern at IHQ Media in January to February 2017.

Ayoung Jo attended the Jusung University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a degree in Psychology.
