Juan Sebastián Villegas

Juan Sebastián Villegas has over seven years of experience in operations, business development, customer service, and consulting. Juan Sebastián began their career in 2014 as a Quality Control Analyst Internship at Mabe - Universidad Nacional de Colombia, where they were able to reduce 35% of reprocessed parts of the refrigerator as well as water and chemicals consumption in electrostatic treatments of metal sheets that are about to be painted. In 2015, they held the role of City Manager at HostTonight and Consultant at Transformar Consultores, where they were able to demonstrate based on statistical data, idle time or work overload according to the frequency or urgency of the administrative staff's tasks. In 2019, they became the City Manager - Operations Manager at Sojourn H, where they were responsible for day to day operations, revenue management, front-end optimization and business development. Juan Sebastián also worked with the development team to expand operations and diversify clientele through digital operations models, analytics and third party alliances. In 2020, they became the Head of Operations at Wynwood House, and in 2022 they took on the role of CS Operations Manager at Guesty.

Juan Sebastián Villegas obtained an Industrial Engineer degree from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia between 2009 and 2015. In 2020, they completed the Analyze Data with SQL Skill Path course from CodeAcademy.
