Hail Shin has a diverse work experience in the field of customer success and management.
In 2015, Hail Shin started their career as a Marketing Intern at Language Connections. They later joined Mabibille Co., Ltd in 2017, where they served as an Account Manager from June 2017 to March 2019, and then became a Team Lead Manager from March 2019 to March 2020.
In 2020, Hail Shin joined Airbridge as the Global Head of Customer Success, and in the same year, they also joined AB180 as a Customer Success Manager from April 2020 to April 2021. They then became the Customer Success Team Lead at AB180 from April 2021 till date.

The most recent certifications they obtained were the Amplitude Certified INSIGHTS EXPERT from Amplitude in June 2020 and the Braze 2021 Marketer Certification from Braze in March 2021.
