Sojeen Park

Sojeen Park has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Sojeen currently works as the Head of Customer Success Operations at AB180 - INCUBED, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at the same company, starting in April 2020. From April 2021 to January 2023, they served as a Customer Success Team Lead.

Before joining AB180, Sojeen worked as a Performance Marketing Specialist at Eamonn, where they identified growth opportunities for performance marketing campaigns and managed various marketing channels. Sojeen started in May 2019 and left in March 2020.

Sojeen also has experience in marketing coordination and sales. Sojeen worked as a Marketing Coordinator (Downstream) at Shell from April 2018 to April 2019, where they led the implementation of a new sales representative training website and executed sales promotions. Prior to that, they co-founded a Korean-Japanese fusion restaurant called Oppa Sushi and provided marketing strategies to enhance sales and brand equity. Sojeen also organized fundraising events and campaigns to raise awareness of Korea's sovereignty over Dokdo at D'amore McKIS from July 2014 to August 2017.

Earlier in their career, Sojeen worked as a Marketing Assistant (LTC, Life Insurance) at John Hancock Investments from July 2016 to December 2016. Sojeen analyzed email marketing metrics, proofread marketing materials, and tested websites for better user experience. Sojeen also worked as a 529 Plan Sales Assistant at the same company from June 2014 to December 2014, providing support to 529 Specialists and analyzing sales trends.

Sojeen's work experience also includes internships at The National Assembly of The Republic of Korea and Dankook University, where they gained valuable experience in relevant fields.

Sojeen Park completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at Northeastern University from 2012 to 2017, with a double major in Marketing and Finance and a minor in Chinese. Sojeen attended Christian Heritage School from 2009 to 2012 for their high school education. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Braze 2021 Marketer Certification from Braze in February 2021 and an Amplitude Certified Insights Expert certification from Amplitude in June 2020.
