Pheakdey Phan

Pheakdey Phan has over 15 years of experience in human resources at ABA Bank, beginning as an HR and Admin Officer and advancing to the role of Head of Human Resources Business Partner Department since December 2015. Prior to this, Pheakdey held various positions within the human resources department, including Employee Relations Specialist and Head of HR Unit. Pheakdey holds a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Cambodia and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the National Institute of Management.
