Michel Van De Pas serves as Manager Sales and Manager Relatiemanagement at ABAB since March 2017, leading a team to assist entrepreneurs in achieving their business and personal goals through innovation and sustainability. As the owner and consultant of Reach Results since January 2016, Michel focuses on enhancing organizations' commercial outcomes through practical sales management training. Additionally, Michel has been an HBO Docent in Commercial Economics at Avans Hogeschool since 2009, teaching various topics including Sales Management and Marketing. Previous experience includes significant roles at NCOI Opleidingsgroep as a Senior Trainer in Sales and Management, KPN Corporate Market as Account Director and Sales Director, and positions at PTT Telecom starting in 1991. Michel holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from HEAO-CE Breda and is certified as a trainer in Elementary Education.
