John Foley

John Foley is the current Chief Banking Officer at Abaca. John has held this position since July 2019. Prior to joining Abaca, John was the Executive Director at FRA Financial Group from April 2013 to July 2019.

Before their time at FRA Financial Group, John was the President/CEO of Central Bank from June 2007 to June 2010. John then went on to become the SVP Manager Professional Banking at Metropolitan National Bank from February 2003 to June 2007.

John started their career in banking at Bank of America in November 1989. John held various positions at BOA over their 14 years with the company, including Relationship Manager, City President, and Market Manager. In 2003, they left Bank of America to join Metropolitan National Bank as their SVP Manager Professional Banking.

John Foley graduated from Eastern Illinois University.
