Samantha Busby

Samantha Busby has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as a Sr. Service Desk Analyst at Abaco Systems, Inc. since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Humatics as an Applications Systems Analyst from January 2019 to May 2021, where they managed the company's ERP and CRM systems and implemented policies and procedures. From May 2010 to July 2018, Samantha was the Head Swim Coach at Mt. Carmel Swim Team, where they successfully grew the team from 30 to over 100 swimmers. Additionally, they worked as a High School Teacher at Madison County Board of Education from August 2015 to May 2018, where they taught English and executed daily lesson plans efficiently.

Samantha Busby completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, they also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a focus on English, from the same university. Samantha Busby has an additional certification in CompTIA Security+, which was obtained in January 2021 from CompTIA.
