Oxana Afanasieva

Oxana Afanasieva has been employed in various roles since 2011. In 2011, they were a Strategic Team Building/IT Recruitment Specialist and Business Developer at Tenea Tecnologías. In 2014, they were an IT& E-Commerce Recruitment Consultant at Talent Search People. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Senior Recruiter/HR Specialist and In-house Recruitment Consultant at Softonic. From 2016 to 2019, they were an HR Generalist at Wallapop. Since 2019, they have been a Psychologist and Mindfulness Coach while self-employed. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Talent Acquisition at Abacum.

Oxana Afanasieva has a diverse education background. Oxana completed a Licenciatura in Psychology from Karelian State Pedagogical Academy between 2001 and 2006. Oxana then went on to pursue two Master's degrees, one in HR Management from Universitat de Barcelona between 2010 and 2011, and one in Child and Adolescent Development from Universitat de Barcelona between 2009 and 2010. After that, they attended Institut Gestalt Barcelona from 2013 to 2018. In 2018, they also completed a Mindfulness instructor, Practicum in MBSR from Instituto esMindfulness.
