Ying Zhao

Ying Zhao serves on the Board of Directors for the Society of Actuaries, holding positions as Secretary and Treasurer for the 2024-2025 term, and has chaired various committees, including Finance and Audit and Risk. Ying has also been the Chair of the Advisory Council at Abacus Actuaries since March 2022 and an Expert Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company since October 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Manager in Insurance and Actuarial Advisory Services at Ernst & Young and as AVP of Product Management at Lincoln Benefit Life. Ying holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Beijing Normal University.
