Jaclyn Rosa

Jaclyn Rosa, SHRM-SCP has over 12 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Jaclyn began their career in 2008 as a Benefits Administrator for Casual Male Retail Group. In 2009, they moved to Network Health Inc. as a Benefits Specialist. In 2010, Jaclyn was promoted to Global Total Rewards at Vistaprint. After three years, they moved to Cimpress in 2013, where they held the same role. In 2016, Jaclyn became the Chief People Officer at Aqueduct Technologies, Inc. Jaclyn then moved to Toast, Inc. in 2017, where they served as both Director and Senior Director of People & Culture. In 2019, Jaclyn returned to Abacus Insights as VP of People & Culture, while also joining The People Ops Society as an Advisory Board Member. In 2021, Jaclyn moved to Bottomline Technologies as Head of People Experience.

Jaclyn Rosa has studied Human Resource Management at Villanova University and Finance at Merrimack College. In October 2015, they obtained a Global Benefits Management certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). Jaclyn also holds a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certification from SHRM.
