Karen Manning

Karen Manning has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Karen started their career as a Consultant at Mediqual Systems, where they managed multiple hospitals in the Northeast region. Karen then took on roles as a Project Manager and Product Manager at the same company, overseeing the successful launch of an Executive Information System. After that, they worked as a Recruiter at Market Research Recruiting for five years.

In 2013, Manning joined Fallon Health as a Clinical Nurse Analyst before assuming the roles of Program Manager, Government Programs, and Director of Quality. At Fallon Health, they were responsible for implementing quality interventions and reporting to government agencies. Karen achieved commendable NCQA Accreditation in 2015.

From 2017 to 2019, Manning worked at Martin's Point Health Care as the Director of Strategic Quality Programs and later as the Interim Director of Medicare Revenue Operations. In these roles, they led various quality initiatives and achieved significant accomplishments such as Medicare 5 Star Rating and Excellent Accreditation.

Manning then joined Aetna, a CVS Health Company, as the Lead Director of Medicare Stars Strategy, Northeast. Karen held this position from 2019 to 2022, contributing to the company's Medicare Stars strategy.

Most recently, Manning joined Syneos Health as a Director Business Solutions in 2022. Karen is currently in this role, bringing their expertise in business solutions to the company.

In 2023, Karen Manning will be starting a new role as the Director of Business Solutions at Abacus Insights.

Karen Manning has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Nursing from Saint Anselm College. Karen also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing and Finance from Clark University.
