Gavin Lechem

Gavin joined Abacus Property Group in 2010 and leads the Corporate Development and Legal business unit and has accountability for capital transactions, third party capital, mergers and acquisitions, new business development and special projects, together with the legal aspects of the business.

Gavin is a Solicitor having commenced his career at law firm, Herbert Smith Freehills prior to spending 10 years at Macquarie Group as a Division Director in real estate investment banking.
