Aamer Chaudhry

Aamer Chaudhry is the Head of the Business Transformation Solutions (BTS) vertical and has a diverse experience of over 20 years, having worked with KPMG in England and PwC Consulting in Pakistan and the Middle East. Aamer has conducted and directed several projects (Public and Private Sectors) relating to capacity building, financial reforms, business process re-engineering, ERP system development and implementation, formulation of policies & procedures, institutional restructuring, fiscal decentralization, development of medium term budgeting framework and training for trainers. He has demonstrated experience of directing and managing complex retransformation projects with a keen insight into public sector reform issues and the cultural sensitivity required for clients. His experience ranges from high level economic and policy analysis through operational management and financial reviews to detailed planning, design and implementation. He has undertaken work with a broad range of public sector clients in central and local governments funded by the international agencies. In addition, Aamer also acted as National Consultant for the Public Financial Management and Accountability Assessment (PFMAA) assignment for the NWFP province with the World Bank. Aamer is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from England & Wales, Fellow Member of ICAEW and ICAP and a member of the Institute of Financial Consultants, Canada/USA.
