Cynthia Oliveras

Manager of Client Support Engineering at Abacus Group

Cynthia Oliveras has a strong background in IT support and engineering. From 2014 to the present, they have worked at Abacus Group, starting as a Client Support Technician and then progressing to roles such as Disaster Recovery Systems Engineer and Manager of Hosted Application Support and Client Support Engineering. Prior to this, Cynthia worked at Business Financial Services from 2009 to 2014 as a Systems Administrator, where they handled help desk and system administrator functions, including providing technical support, creating and removing permissions, and administrating various systems and software. Cynthia also gained experience at the University at Buffalo from 2007 to 2009 as a Student Assistant/PC Tech Support.

Cynthia Oliveras completed their high school education at Middletown High School from 2001 to 2005. Cynthia obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University at Buffalo between the years 2005 and 2009.
