Yahindy Travieso has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They recently joined Abacus Group as a Recruiter in 2022. Prior to this, in the same year, Yahindy worked at Talentful and Waymo as a Talent Partner. In 2021, they were a Talent Partner at Jarvis Cole, where they focused on strategy and leadership roles in the eCommerce industry. From 2017 to 2021, Yahindy worked at Verizon, first as a Solutions Specialist and later as a Manager. They started their career in 2014 as a Bank Teller at TD.

Yahindy Travieso, MSHRM, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Florida International University - College of Business. Yahindy obtained this degree from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2016, Yahindy pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at Florida International University. During their undergraduate studies, they also completed a Minor in Marketing at the Florida International University - College of Business, specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management, General.
