Brittany B.

Brittany B. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and communication. Brittany started their career as a Work Study Student at St. Vincent Seminary and Archabbey Development Office, where they supported event planning and performed data entry tasks. Brittany then worked as a Social Media Intern at FlashBox Media, LLC, where they gained experience in managing social media platforms.

In 2008, Brittany joined the Highmark Legacy Modernization Department as a Communication Intern. Their responsibilities included internal communication, writing articles for the department's newsletter, and maintaining the department's website.

Brittany transitioned to UPMC in 2010 and held multiple roles in human resources, including HR Assistant, Employment Specialist, Recruiter, and Human Resources Generalist. Brittany gained experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and general HR support.

In 2015, Brittany joined ABARTA, Inc. as an HR Coordinator, where they continued to develop their skills in HR administration and coordination. Brittany then progressed to the roles of Human Resources Manager and eventually Human Resources Director at ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC in 2018.

From 2012 to 2014, they attended the University of Scranton and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services.

Prior to that, they attended Saint Vincent College from 2006 to 2010. Brittany earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Social Sciences.

In their earlier years, Brittany studied at Steel Valley Senior High School from 2002 to 2006.

Additionally, Brittany has obtained two certifications. In December 2014, they earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In January 2018, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
