Natalie Yeung is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager at Abaxx Exchange since June 2022. Prior to Abaxx, Natalie held various leadership positions at Atlas, where responsibilities included directing People & Culture for the APAC region and overseeing HR service delivery. Natalie's extensive background also includes a HR Manager position at PwC Singapore, specializing in HR service delivery and talent management, as well as roles in HR business partnering at the Hong Kong Sports Institute and Hang Seng Bank. Natalie's career began at Bank of China (Hong Kong) as a Senior HR Officer focused on HR policies and compensation and benefits. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management of International Business from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Abaxx Commodity Futures Exchange and Clearinghouse (Abaxx Exchange) introduces centrally cleared, physically delivered futures contracts and derivatives to deliver better price signals, better risk management and an enhanced market ecosystem enabling energy and commodity markets to accelerate the energy transition. Licensed as an Recognised Market Operator (RMO) and an Approved Clearinghouse (ACH) by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Exchange's initial focus is global LNG and Carbon and Nickel benchmarks followed by continued solutions for Battery Metals. Tomorrow’s energy transition is happening today, resulting in a generational opportunity to build new exchange market infrastructure. The global energy transition is bolstering demand for key commodities such as LNG, carbon credits, and battery metals however, strong demand and uncertain supply, coupled with a lack of effective market infrastructure and risk management tools for many growth commodities has led to several market problems. Abaxx provides solutions to directly address key exchange landscape problems and will operate the only commodity-only futures exchange and clearinghouse based in APAC (excluding China) solely dedicated to physical delivery commodity futures. Abaxx Exchange will deploy evolutionary risk management tools that not only keep pace with market innovation, but set the innovation standard. The tools we are building are designed to meet a host of energy and metals market participants exactly where they are — providing solutions infused with traditional risk management and enhanced with tech-enabled improvements to transaction velocity and data security that resonate across a multi-faceted and functionally tailored trading ecosystem.
