Fabio Dias Folchetti

Fabio Dias Folchetti has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Fabio Dias currently holds the position of People and Organization Director at Neoenergia, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Indra from 2015 to 2021. Before that, they worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Grupo Flytour from 2013 to 2015 and as the Human Resources Director at UOL - Universo Online from 2011 to 2013. Fabio Dias also held roles at Cielo, Vivo (Telefônica Brasil), and Ciba, gaining experience in various HR functions and leadership positions.

Fabio Dias Folchetti obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, which they completed between 1997 and 2001. Fabio Dias then pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in the years 2003 and 2004.
