Abhishek Thakur

Abhishek Thakur currently serves as an ESG Reporting Specialist at ABB, focusing on internal decarbonization efforts and environmental management in alignment with ABB's Sustainability Framework 2030. Prior to this role, Abhishek worked at EY as a Consultant in Climate Change and Sustainability Services, providing support in sustainability reporting, GHG accounting, and ESG strategy development. Experience at Schneider Electric as Deputy Manager in Energy Analytics involved designing sustainable energy strategies for clients in the Australian Energy Market. Other notable positions include Catastrophe Risk Advisor at Willis Towers Watson, International Sales Manager at AmberStudent, and various analytical roles in different organizations. Abhishek holds a Master’s degree in Climate Finance and Sustainability from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and has completed an executive education program in Sustainability at the University of Oxford.
