Charles Pellissier

Charles Pellissier serves as the Global Lead Division Counsel for ABB Electrification Installation Products since April 2021, providing strategic legal guidance to senior leadership and overseeing M&A activities. Previously, Pellissier was the Group General Counsel at Landis+Gyr from February 2006 to February 2020, where responsibilities included serving as corporate secretary, advising the CEO and Board, leading an IPO, managing complex contracts and litigation, and overseeing compliance functions. Before that, Pellissier was an associate at Troutman Sanders LLP from August 1998 to January 2006, negotiating commercial agreements and advising on regulatory issues. Charles Pellissier holds a JD from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Louisiana State University.
