Jyoti Sharma

Jyoti Sharma is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across leading companies. Currently serving as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at ABB since June 2023, Jyoti previously held significant positions at Kanthal®, including Global HR Manager for the Business Units of Kanthal and Heating Systems, as well as Country HR Manager for SMT, India, from July 2017 to June 2023. Prior to that, Jyoti worked at Sandvik Materials Technology from January 2014 to July 2017 as a Global HR Business Partner and Regional HR Business Partner for APAC within Heating Systems. Additional experience includes a tenure at Sandvik Asia Pvt Ltd, focusing on talent acquisition, management, and performance management from December 2007 to December 2013, and an HR Executive role at Softspin Services Pvt Ltd in early 2007. Jyoti holds a PGDBM in Human Resources from PICT and a degree in Industrial Counselling from Hyderabad University.
