Redempta Nthenya Mutua

Redempta Nthenya Mutua is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in humanitarian and international HR management. Currently serving as an International HR Business Partner at Medical Teams International since January 2022, Redempta collaborates with Country Office leadership to achieve global HR objectives while providing guidance throughout the employee life cycle. Prior experience includes various roles at Oxfam from September 2010 to December 2021, where responsibilities spanned regional HR advisory roles across Africa, leading humanitarian HR standards, and supporting emergency responses in countries such as Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan. Earlier experiences include positions with the Lutheran World Federation, International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent, and teaching roles in Kenya. Redempta holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management (K) and a Bachelor’s Degree from Maseno University.
