Matteo Carissoni

Matteo Carissoni is the Head of Project Management at ABB, where they are responsible for the P&L of projects in the Italian region, focusing on achieving financial KPIs and customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Matteo held positions including Production Manager and Process Development Specialist at ABB, managing significant production lines and leading Industry 4.0 initiatives. They began their career at Centax Telecom and worked briefly in quality control at Brembo S.p.A. Matteo earned a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Bergamo and is currently pursuing an MBA at SDA Bocconi.
