Jessica Andrade

Jessica Andrade has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Call Center Representative at ALEC since January 2023. Prior experience includes a similar position at Consumers Credit Union from July 2021 to May 2022, and earlier roles such as Receptionist at Dental Dreams LLC and various Night Auditor positions at Great Wolf Lodge and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. Additional experience includes a Footwear Associate position at DICK'S Sporting Goods and a Cashier role at Kohl's Department Stores. Jessica Andrade holds a high school diploma from George Gervin Academy and Minico High School and is currently pursuing further education at Charis Bible School in Chicago, beginning in August 2023.
