Amy Frost

Amy Frost brings extensive experience in employee relations and human resources management, having served as a Senior Employee Relations Manager at Abbott from June 2003 to June 2021, where responsibilities included providing guidance on HR policies and managing performance management. Prior roles at Abbott included Employee Relations Manager and Team Leader of the IT Professional Development Program, overseeing early career development for recent graduates. Additionally, since June 2017, Amy has worked as a part-time Personal Training Coach, motivating clients and designing fitness programs.
