Joseph Manney

Joseph Manney is an experienced professional in labor and employee relations with a diverse background in legal and human resources roles. Currently serving as Regional Manager for Labor & Employee Relations at Phillips 66 since August 2017, Joseph has held various positions within the company, including Sr. Specialist and Sr. HRBP in Labor Relations. Joseph briefly worked as an Employee Relations Manager at Amazon in 2022 and previously gained experience as an Associate at Genova Burns LLC and Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. Additionally, Joseph served as a Law Clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
