Elizabeth Johnston-Owens has extensive experience in operations management and leadership across various companies. At Abbott, Elizabeth served as Divisional Vice President of Workplace Solutions, overseeing key performance indicators, budgeting, and forecasting while also acting as Senior Director of Workplace Operations, focusing on global operations. Prior to this, Elizabeth held the position of Assistant Vice President of National Accounts at Smart Care Equipment Solutions, emphasizing key performance indicators. At Zipcar, Elizabeth acted as Regional Vice President, accountable for $65 million in revenue and responsible for regional business development and operations. Elizabeth's earlier tenure at Ecolab included roles such as Director of Field Operations & Training, where leadership responsibilities extended to 250 associates and 21 managers, and other senior positions focused on operations management. Elizabeth holds a BS in Actuarial Science from Valparaiso University and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Rockhurst University, set to complete in May 2024.
