Juan Cardona

Juan Cardona is a seasoned engineering and operations professional with extensive experience at prominent medical device and automotive companies. Currently serving as Director of Engineering and Director of Operations at Abbott, Juan has previously held positions such as Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Manager at Medtronic. Additional roles include Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Stryker and Project Engineer at Boston Scientific, where Juan also worked as an Industrial Engineer and Supplier Quality Engineer. Early career experience includes a role as Supplier Technical Assistant at Ford Motor Company. Juan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico - Mayaguez, earned between 1995 and 2001.
